£500 a week?

I have no doubt this is true of course, but how does he manage to get that much? I am unemployed but only through sickness and 'earn' nowhere near that much despite working (officially) part time too. I do recall, before being declared sick, I was on unemployment benefit which amounted to a massive £37 per week! How things must have changed...
