Pull down windbreak

Unbelievable, just unbelievable! I thought recently I'd read the ultimate in council stupidity but your story has well topped that one. These council idiots shouldn't just be regarded as over zealous but reprimanded. Having said that, the opposite is the case here where I live in New Brighton, Wirral. We have some coastal grass areas where people are not allowed cars, caravans, tents or playing golf. They persistently do all of those things regardless, including lighting 'portable' barbeques and leaving them and their waste food, bottles, and even nappies strewn al over the place when they leave. I wonder what your 'jobsworths' would think of this?
